Great location, spacious room!

We had a spacious suite with a comfy sitting area, which was awesome after hiking. The location was super convenient for exploring.

The location was perfect for our family adventures, with plenty of restaurants and shops around. Plus, the included breakfast was a real treat, starting from 5 am, which worked great for us, especially with two boys who wake up early!

In my wife’s opinion, the noisy street made it hard for the kids to sleep well at night.

I experienced a fantastic stay with a spacious room and a wonderful dinner that made my time relaxing after exploring the nearby sights like the bus station just a five-minute walk away and the beautiful Plaza Manco Capac practically outside my door, which truly enhanced my urban wanderings in Aguas Calientes. however, the noise from the street could sometimes be a little distracting.

The breakfast buffet with fresh squeezed OJ was a highlight, and the staff made us feel like family with their hospitality. However, the shower drainage issue was frustrating.

The room was spacious and came with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Breakfast had freshly baked croissants and organic juices. The staff met us at the train station and were super nice. Plus, the location was perfect with many restaurants nearby. A sauna and spa facilities were available too!

The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with luggage and providing excellent service throughout our stay. I particularly enjoyed the innovative breakfast options and the complimentary pisco sour at the bar. However, the noise from the surrounding area made it difficult to find rest, especially at night.

The hotel features a stunning design with an eco-conscious vibe, blending natural materials seamlessly into the surroundings. The location is prime, only a short stroll to the bus station and surrounded by a variety of dining options, making it easy to explore the area.

Rooms lack sound insulation, making it easy to hear noise from the courtyard and hallway, which could be distracting, especially at night. The shower design leaves much to be desired. water tends to spray onto the floor, requiring constant wiping. Breakfast selection feels limited, with slow replenishment of items, and the absence of adequate drawer space for belongings can be inconvenient for longer stays.
